Travel, accommodations, and per diem are billed separately. Detailed estimates are provided upon confirmation of service.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event dates. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. For bookings made less than 72 hours in advance, a 25% expedited service fee is applied.

All service positions are billed at full-day rates, which cover 10 hours. Travel days are also billed at full-day rates. Additional services or extended hours are available at an hourly rate as specified in the contract and require prior client approval.

Yes, bookings on major holidays such as New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day are charged at twice the standard day rate.

Deposits are fully refundable if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies. If canceled within 20 days of the event, the client is charged a full day’s rate per day booked, plus half of the booked days as a cancellation fee, including any preproduction and travel expenses incurred.

Invoices are sent out within 72 hours after the final day of the event and include any final expenses.
